YES Vegetarian Cooking Classes

Join fun classes with friendly people and learn how to feed your family more healthfully, more cost efficient and quicker and easier. Every class will have several food demonstrations on how to prepare delicious and nutritious meals for your family or yourself.

There will be free samples of each dish prepared and door prizes each class.

There is no charge for the classes. Seating is limited so sign up early to assure a place for yourself.

Classes will be Sunday evening from 5 to 6:30 p.m. September 12th, 19th & 26th at 13343 W. Foxfire, Suite 3, Surprise, AZ
